Spanish Words and Phrases For Going Fishing And Seafood Lovers


in Spanish lesson today, will cover some useful vocabulary for “divers” (fishermen) words. In fact the words of vocabulary that I cover in this lesson are very useful words to learn not only for students of the Spanish language that they like to go fishing, but also for students of the Spanish language that they like to eat fish.

b. Snook – Snook (pronounced and written “steal it” in Colombia – with the first syllable stressed. But in other parts of Latin America it is pronounced and written “Snook” with the stress on the side of the last syllable

c. Red Snapper – snapper

d. Tilapia – tilapia

before I go, I want to warn you of a very common mistake that native English speakers make the learning of the Spanish…

“fried fish” is not called “sintered fish”. “Fried fish” is the phrase of “fried fish” (emphasis added). Or as they say some Spanish speakers in very informal or colloquial Spanish: “fried pescao” (sic).
